SERVICE DELIVERY: All services are delivered virtually, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your home.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY (48-hour policy)

- cancellation less than 48 hours before your appointment: a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. Your consultation fee can be applied to a rescheduled appointment.

- cancellation with more than 48 hours' notice: you may receive a full refund or apply the consultation fee to a future appointment.

- no-show or late arrival without notice: the consultation fee will not be refunded or credited if you miss your appointment or arrive too late without notice.

INSURANCE & PAYMENT: Services are not covered by insurance billing. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
