Who am I?

I’m Carole.
I’m a health and nutrition counselor, and I don’t believe in cookie-cutter programs or endless food rules. My work is about cutting through the overwhelm so you can stop spinning your wheels and actually feel better.

My Story

I’m originally from France 🇫🇷, where I lived until my early 30s. I studied Art History, Architecture, and Urban Planning in Lyon, fields that shaped how I see the world: not as a collection of isolated problems, but as systems where environment, structure, and daily habits influence behavior.

Before moving to the U.S. in 2010, I worked as an urban planner. That experience taught me to look beneath the surface, to understand how patterns form, where friction comes from, and what needs to shift for something to function better. Today, I bring that same lens to my work in health.

After several years focused on raising my sons and adapting to life across different states, I chose to reinvent my career in a field that had always mattered to me: well-being. Not the surface-level version, but the deeper, more honest work behind it, where small, intentional changes reshape the way you live from the inside out.

My Certification

I earned my Health Coach certification in 2019, and since then, I’ve been working with people who feel stuck despite doing “all the right things.”

What I’ve learned is this: health is never just about food. It’s about your mental clarity, emotional resilience, habits, stress, and the patterns running underneath it all.

I don’t hand out one-size-fits-all solutions. I help you understand what’s actually going on, and build a way forward that feels clear, doable, and grounded in your real life.
